poop! It has been awhile but something cool has finally happened to me so here goes....

We had a track meet at St. Olaf last weekend and I did my normal events the 100 hurdles and the 4X100 (the other normal is a 200 hundred but I didn't run that because I ran the 400 hurdles and that is directly before the 200 and this was an all girls track meet and so there was not much time for recovery, actually I was signed up to run the 200 anyway but then a girl got sick so I ran in her place for the 4X400 and then my coach scrached me from the 200 because that would be just to much.) Anyway, I ran the 400 hurdles for the first time, was nervous, felt weak, and was not looking forward to running and jumping for 400 meters! Sick. But I prayed and Angela Meyers (who once worked at copper) started singing a song about eternity and so I was trying to focus on the fact that 400 meters really is nothing in terms of eternity! Anyway I felt like jello and was begging God for strength and then when the started said, "runners to your mark" I felt a surge of strength! It was so cool! Then I ran the race and qualified for nationals! This made me so happy for God! Considering without Him I would have had the energy to make the first hurdle! So that is my story. Later that same night I was proposed to. What an eventful weekend!

This is what I love in list form and numbered in honor of Valentines Day!

1. Peanut Butter and Bananas together! or Bananas and Honey, sweet!

2. Brothers (this is at the top of the list!)

3. Valentines! With paper rings! and hearts! oooh....and cursive!! and flowers! and nice lines like, "You are worth roses, but I am cheap."

4. Parents that continually go to Hawaii and not take you even though your first word was Hawaii and you have been begging to go since you could beg and complain (this started very early for me...ask my brothers)

5.Little umbrellas that go in cups and look cool. and are bright. and fun.

6.Friends! Like the colorful ones who write novels about war and love and strange people...and the ones that don't are cool too.

7. Telemarketers that are only recordings. You can let your anger out at them and yell mean things to them...and they don't care because they are recordings. Other people who are sitting in the room or in hearing range might think you are strange...but it is fun. We get a lot of telemarketers. It also keeps you sane.

8.Amanda. Heather. and the feeling after you poop. it is like painting a barn or picket fence only better. (Thomas, be thankful)

9. Gangs.

10. God!!! (This really is the top of the list.) (I was lying before, that is one reason I love God, he forgives.)(I hope you forgive too.) But, really, how often do you feel like truly loving people and for totally unselfish reasons? Mostly I am selfish. (Mostly is a large understatement). And God loves at all times and in the purest ways and sometimes that is hard to except, but it is amazing when you do. Yes, God loves you!

well, I hope that you had an amazing loving day! If not I am sincerely sorry and would love to cheer you up. I can draw pictures or listen or whatever you need just give a jingle! Or you could write what you most love....please.

Just so you know, in my profile picture that is not my hair. It is my friend Erin's hair. This is hard to explain but if you are in dire need on an explanation than I can and will give you one.

Track meet+ dropping the baton in a relay = sad performance

Being done running for the day + Chinese = happy and msg'd (Caroline, my blood hurts.)

What is your favorite JELLO? Can you have a favorite jello? Or ramen noodle? They all taste the same!??!

Tonight we are having tea and scones and watching a Jane Austen movie. Very girly, and unless you are Dave and big and can throw large objects and still be a man even if you drink tea with your pinky finger up, boys probably won't enjoy this. We have knifes in our room.

So my grandpa is out of the hospital! When he got home he ate a jar of pickles and he was so happy he started to cry. "That's some good food, thare." Thanks for the prayers now I must go so my roomate can massacre my hair and then my brizzle Robert is coming with baby and wife.

It has been made mention of by my trusty college friends that I tell stories a lot. Is this true? They say I live my life in the past. This one time.....bleh.

Please pray from my Grandpapa he is in the hospital and I love him a lot. If you have heard me tell a story you have heard about my Grandpa. I love him so much it hurts and the fact that some day he will die tears me apart. So this was a wake up call that he is not invincible. But he does love tractors.

Well, then I will refrain from a story though I am dying to talk about a guy who got his esophagus stuck together and was nicknamed Tom. Oh, and a boy named Caleb who wears pink dresses and says he is being a princess. I think Andrea Crary is witty.
